Well established in South Oxfordshire for weight loss, fitness racing and postural correction. I have worked with hundreds of people over my 10+ Years experience, this helped me master my craft.

September 2022 to Present - Oxford Creators CIC

Similar to the role act UTC, this is specifically mentoring students with Neurodiversity to use sport and other activities to process their emotions and better understand the world around them.

October 2015 to June 2021 - UTC Oxfordshire - ALET

In this role I was coaching students with mental health problems or this that are neurodiverse to help them navigate the challenges of school and life. It was a deeply challenging but rewarding role where I learnt a lot of skills that also helped me train my adult clients. 

FITNESS MANAGER

October 2015 to June 2021- UTC Oxfordshire - ALET

Starting whilst the building was still being built, I was tasked with setting up the academic and commercial aspects of fitness within the technical college.

During the day we coached students in health & fitness lessons. In the evenings and on the weekends we open as a commercial gym offering the following services: Gym access, group exercise, sports hall hire, 4G astroturf pitch hire, personal training and sports massage.

May 2006 to 2015 - SOLL Leisure

In this company I started as a leisure assistant and worked my way up to general manager. I worked for 7 different different leisure centres during my time in this company, managing a wide range of facilities, including gyms, studios, sports halls, pools (indoor and outdoor), astroturf pitches athletics tracks, squash courts, bars and cafes.

My two favourites duties within these roles were event management and marketing, although did have excellent skills in health and safety and F&B as well.
